Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Instructions

Unsatisfied items could be return by post to OLAMICH within 30 days of receipt of the last item in your order. Any returning items must be in their original condition with tags attached, together with delivery note.
Please includes the reason for return and item transaction number.
Please note that we are not liable for postage cost. Make sure you used a services that will be tracked.
Refund would be process within 24-48hrs of receipt of your returns

Returns policy for exchange

A refund or exchange will be offered on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All packaging including labels must be intact and a proof of purchase must be provided.
Please do make sure your returning item is in its original package with tags on them we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a Receipt or proof of purchase, Transaction Number.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Next contact your bank, PayPal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact through our messaging system. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a track able shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
